Points to remember
RESULT SHEETS: Once again we stress the importance of filling in all details. The nominated team captain/club representative (of winning team/s) should enter the result/s on Match Hub within 48 hours of the contest being played.
RESERVES: A player may reserve in a team but must be listed with Tennis Auckland before they play and as long as their doubles grading band (i.e. D3, D4 etc.) is not higher than the top graded player on that teams submitted team list. (Refer Rule 6.2.2 of the Midweek Rules)
To add a player to team or reserve list please contact Vicki or Deirdre.
IN ALL GRADES the top graded player (by grading band i.e. D3,D4,D5) from the submitted team list must play in the number one position on any given day and the remaining three players can play in any order on any given day. Playing combinations are 1&2, 3&4 then 1&3, 2&4. (Refer Rule 5.5 of the Midweek Rules).
If for any reason, a contest is rescheduled or played on a different date to that on the published draw, remember to change the date played when entering results. This will help ensure Match Hub updates are in order and correct.
The ADOPTED BALL for the Lead-in Competition will be either the Wilson Tour Premier or Wilson US Open ball. Clubs should exhaust any allocation of Tour Premier balls first.
Teams playing against Next Gen should contact the Next Gen team captain for directions re access and where to park. All players should report to Next Gen reception upon arrival.
