We have 8 well maintained artificial grass courts.

There are Lights on all courts, available up to 10pm each night.

court availability

Life, Senior and Intermediate members shall be entitled to use the courts and lights at any time when the facilities are not being used for tournament, interclub or club play. However, Junior members shall have priority use of the courts from 3pm until 6.30pm Monday through Friday, except Public Holidays. Junior members may not book courts after 6.30pm.

Court access is via the main entrance. All members will be able to gain access to the building and courts during pro-shop open hours. Outside of these hours an after hours access tag is required. Refer to Access Cards section below.

Click here to view the court usage for a particular week or day.

court bookings

All members are encouraged to pre-book a court for personal use. This can be done using one of the options below.

Online Booking System

Bookings are recorded against the member making the booking so you need to be logged in to the web site (in the usual way) to book courts.

To book a court simply click on the Court Availability and Bookings option in the menu, then click on the court, date and time that you wish to book. Bookings are in 30 minute time blocks.

You can delete an existing booking by clicking on the booked court. You can view all your outstanding bookings by clicking on Your Details.

There are certain restrictions on booking, for example you cannot book more than 4 blocks (2 hours) in advance and you cannot book more than 8 days in advance. We will review these restrictions over time and make adjustments as necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As a courtesy to others that may wish to book courts, if you cannot play please make sure that you delete your booking as soon as possible.

Telephone/On Site Bookings

You can also book courts through the Pro Shop (phone 533 3343) or call in during Pro Shop opening hours click here.

Members who have not pre-booked a court are required to check-in with the Pro Shop on arrival to ensure courts are free to use. Should the Pro Shop be closed, use a free court but be prepared to leave if someone else has booked it. Members who have booked a court are entitled to use that court irrespective if other courts appear to be free at the time, so don't be offended if you are asked to move.

visitors

Seniors: A member may invite a visitor (max 3 visits) to play provided a $10 visitor fee (per person) is paid.

Juniors: Please note a Junior membership does not entitle non-members and parents/siblings to come down and play with them. The club does allow the Junior member to have an occasional game with a parent, but this is restricted to once a week only. Should parents wish to play with their children on a more regular basis, they are required to pay a visitor’s fee each time or join the club as a member, which gives you more entitlements.

Visitor fees are payable through the Pro Shop prior to play. Should the Pro Shop be closed, the visitor fee is to be deposited in drop box located outside admin office. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the visitor’s fee is paid.

Members are expected to exercise discretion and to not take undue advantage of the right to invite visitors. Member access is monitored on a regular basis and members found to be taking undue advantage will be contacted and asked to settle any outstanding visitor fees or lose the right to bring visitors.

access tag

Court access is via the main entrance. All members will be able to gain access to the building and courts during pro-shop open hours.
Outside of these hours an after hours access tag is required.

Access tags are included in the Senior, Couple and Family Memberships

Juniors/Intermediates can purchase an after hours access tag.

For more information contact: Colin Davies (email, phone 266-0527, mobile 0274-998-947) or Deirdre Frankle (email, phone 533 3343, mobile 021 328660)

shoe tags

Shoe Tags are issued to members each year and must be worn at all times during play to verify membership.

Member checks are regular events by the management committee. Any person not displaying the correct shoe tag will be asked to prove membership or will be required to leave the courts.

Please do not be offended if you are not wearing your shoe tag and you get asked if you are a member as we need to ensure all members are paying members.
