Cockle Bay Tennis Club – Membership Options and Conditions
Full Memberships
A full membership allows for an unlimited number of games (subject to booking time restrictions) with no additional per session charges – not inclusive of all privileges, depends on the type of membership.
Annual Membership:
1. Adult Membership – $460 *Only $43.44 per month (affiliation fees included)
Full membership for adults aged 26 yrs+ with full year-round access to courts, organized social club play, and senior interclub competitions and tournaments. Note that priority will be given to all club activities e.g. social playing events, interclub and external competitions etc.
Court access Monday to Sunday 7 am to 10 pm.
2. Young Adult – $335 *Only $31.92 per month (affiliation fees included)
Full membership for young adults aged 10 – 25 years, including access to club sessions, interclub competitions, and court bookings. Note that priority will be given to all club activities e.g. social playing events, interclubs etc.
Court Access Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm
3. Midweek Membership – $320 *Only $29.70 per month (affiliation fees included)
Restricted membership for adults aged 26 yrs+, eligible for only Midweek Interclub competitions.
Court Access ONLY Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
4. Thursday Restricted – $199 *Only $19.26 per month
Restricted membership for adults aged 26 yrs+. Not including affiliation fees.
Court access ONLY Thursday 9am to 3pm
5. Junior Membership – $299 *Only $28.08 per month (affiliation fees included)
Full membership for children/youth aged 5 to 18 yrs. Eligible for Junior Interclub competitions and tournaments. Note that priority will be given to all club activities e.g. social playing events, interclub and external competitions etc.
Court Access Monday to Sunday 7am to 6:30pm (after 6h30pm extra charge of $ 2.50 per 30 min)
5. Junior Associated (Parent) Membership – $150 *Only $13.74 per month
Restricted membership for parents/caregivers aged 26yrs+. Can only play tennis with your child who is a member. Not including affiliation fees.
Court Access Monday to Sunday 7am to 6:30pm (after 6h30pm extra charge of $ 2.50 per 30 min)
6. Family membership – $990 *Only $108.90 per month (affiliation fees included)
Full memberships are available to families consisting of:
- two adults and two children, or
- one adult and three children,
where the children are under 19 years of age, the two parents are married or in a in a de-facto relationship. Note that priority will be given to all club activities e.g. social playing events, interclub and external competitions etc.
Terms & Conditions of Adult & Junior Membership apply to this Family membership.
Short Term Membership:
1. One Month Casual Membership *Only $50 per month – NOT affiliated
Casual memberships are available for those who do not want to be a full member for a year and want to only have the facility for social play. Unlimited court access for adults aged 26yrs+. This membership does not allow participation in any of our club organised activities e.g. club champs, fun tournaments etc. but are invited to beginner club nights. You are unable to become a graded player and therefore cannot enter interclub or tournaments. You are permitted to bring a visitor to play at a cost of $10.00 for 1 hour which will be debited from your account (provided your account is in credit). Please note however we are a club and although casual members do not have restricted booking times we are required to block-out courts at various times for interclub competitions, club night and any club activities we run. It is therefore strongly recommended that you use our online booking system and book at least few days ahead to ensure you can obtain a court – especially during our peak season.

2. Introductory Membership – 3 month – $99 *Only $28.08 per month – Once off – NOT affiliated
A discounted, short-term option designed for beginners, “returners” to the sport, or new members to test the club environment before committing to a full annual membership. Enjoy all club facilities and club activities. Not affiliated and not eligible for club champs & interclub or external competitions. Please note however we are a club and although introductory members do not have restricted booking times we are required to block-out courts at various times for interclub competitions, club night and any club activities we run. It is therefore strongly recommended that you use our online booking system and book at least few days ahead to ensure you can obtain a court – especially during our peak season.

Once off agreement, after expiry you need to go onto an annual membership.
